The objective of each step is as described below.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 1: Getting Started:<\/strong>\u00a0CP audit planning and management includes determining the CP audit team, listing key processes and selecting the CP audit focus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 2: Initial Assessment:\u00a0<\/strong>Provide a complete process flow chart to determine audit focus and then implement a material and energy balance to identify the source, quantity of waste and cost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 3: Generating CP Options:\u00a0<\/strong>Identification of potential Cleaner Production opportunities and preliminary selection of workable CP opportunities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 4: Feasibility Analysis<\/strong>: Technical and financial evaluation as well as environmental requirements on CP options to determine the technological and economic suitability of a CP option.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Implementing\u00a0and monitoring CP Options:\u00a0<\/strong>Preparations for the implementation of feasible CP options and methods of monitoring on targeted achievements.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Step 6: Sustaining CP:\u00a0<\/strong>The need for human resources and strategies to sustain the CP program and the selection of a new CP audit focus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Based on the methods mentioned above, it is important to choose a planned and organized approach so that the implementation of CP is more effective while providing space and flexibility for unforeseen situations<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>Reference:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unido.org\/\">UNIDO<\/a><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cleaner Production (CP) is an audit process that involves six (6) steps and 18 tasks that need to be followed.
